  2. Start with Your Application: Scrolling down you will see ‘click here to apply online’, click on it.
  3. Verify Your Contact Information: You will be prompted to enter your cell phone number. After entering it, click ‘send SMS’.
  4. One Time Pin (OTP): An OTP will be sent to the cell phone number you provided. Enter this OTP on the website to proceed.
  5. Review the Terms and Conditions: Read through the Clauses in the Declaration and Consent documents carefully. Click on confirm and accept these to proceed with your application.
  6. Fill in Your Details: The online application form will require you to provide personal details, including your name, ID number, employments status, banking information and more. To avoid delays in your application processing, provide the accurate information.
  7. Complete and Submit the Application: Follow prompts to complete and submit your application. When done, SASSA will send a confirmation message via SMS. The message contains your Application ID.
