Requirements :

  • Grade 12 Qualification or equivalent. N6 with 6 months exposure in Human Resource Management or relevant (National Diploma in Human Resource will be an added advantage).
  • Computer literacy (Ms Word, Ms Excel). Knowledge of the Human Resource Administration Processes. Ability to handle information confidentially.
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal relations skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be prepared to rotate and operate as a reliever to other sections within human resource department. Knowledge of regulations and the legislative framework related to record management. Valid driver’s license

Duties :

  • Provide registry counters services Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, Collection and distribution of payslips, management of payroll and Operate office machines in relation to the registry function.
  • Capturing information on system as and when applicable; Render an effective filing and record management services: Provide an audit trail for easy retrieval during investigations and audits: Trace movement of files; Maintain record keeping of department.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, Process documents for archiving and disposal Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment.
